The original backyard smoker where it all began

Our Story

It started with a $200 smoker and a weekend project. What began as feeding friends turned into a pop-up that serves the whole neighborhood. We believe in taking the time it takes — briskets that smoke for 16 hours, ribs that fall off the bone.

Local Ingredients

We source our meats from Green Pasture Farm and our wood from a nearby orchard. Every bite supports local growers.
