Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The loyalty card is a wallet pass — it lives in Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android, both already on their phone. They add it with one tap from your page and it stays there, like a boarding pass.
How do I give customers a stamp?
Every card carries its own QR code. Open the scanner in your dashboard — it's a web page, not a separate app — point your phone's camera at their card and tap. The card on their phone updates within seconds.
Can customers cheat and stamp their own card?
No. Stamps can only be added from a signed-in dashboard by you and your staff, and rapid double-scans are flagged so an accidental second scan doesn't hand out a free stamp.
